8 月 26 日，由 On Excel Fine Wines Limited 與酒侍坊 SOMMTHING 聯合呈獻的勃艮第一級葡萄園品鑒晚宴，在中環交易廣場二座 4 樓翠玉軒順利舉行。這場盛宴巧妙融合勃艮第風土與粵菜精髓，為美酒愛好者帶來一場難得的味覺體驗。

當晚三大亮點頗受好評：
其一，聚焦伯恩丘一級園的獨特魅力，讓賓客深度感受 Pinot Noir 的優雅風韻；
其二，精選 Bouchard Pere & Fils 等頂尖酒莊的 1er Cru 佳釀，搭配翠玉軒招牌的脆脆龍鳳卷、蔥燒銀鱈魚等粵式佳餚，酒香與菜味相互映襯；
其三，酒侍坊首席品酒師 Jackal 現場分享專業知識，特別點出「同為 Pinot Noir，風味差異卻極大」—— 只因產地風土、釀造工藝及酒莊風格不同。
