Château Canon is located in the Bordeaux region of France and has been managed by the Chanel Group since 1996.The vineyard covers an area of 34 hectares, with soil primarily composed of clay and limestone, while the deeper soil is limestone rich in marine fossils.Depending on the vintage, the wines produced by Canon estate exhibit different characteristics, and each of its red wines performs admirably.

The super second growth estate Cos d'Estournel is located between Pauillac and Saint-Estephe, neighboring Chateau Lafite.The nature-respecting Chateau Cos d'Estournel meticulously selects the harvested grapes, then transports them using natural gravity methods, and strictly monitors the fermentation temperature.All the wines at the winery are aged in new barrels to enhance the rich flavors and aromas of the wood. "This 1982 wine still exhibits a beautiful deep ruby/purple hue, along with a stunning array of aromas, including blue and black fruits, fertile earth, fresh flowers, licorice, and spice box." The wine has a medium to full body, sweet tannins, a medium to full palate, and a silky finish. It seems to be fully mature, but it can easily be stored in a cool cellar for another 10 years or more."

Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou is named after the beautiful stones found in its unique soil, with "Beaucaillou" meaning "beautiful stone."Unlike other Bordeaux châteaux, Château Ducru Beaucaillou is built directly above the cellars where the wine is stored, allowing the residents here to be immersed in the lingering aroma of wine every evening. Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou borders the southern part of Pauillac, adjacent to the Beychevelle plateau and near Margaux.Therefore, some believe that the terroir characteristics of Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou are influenced by its geographical location, giving it both elegance and texture, and in some vintages, it can even rival first-growth estates.

"Chateau Ducru Beacaillou 1982 is solid and structured, still exhibiting a rich ruby/plum/garnet color, with a full-bodied palate rich in cedar wood, black currants, and forest floor flavors. This is a wine that can be enjoyed now, but its best days are still ahead."
