【你有冇試過咁？】 成班 Friend 聚會開支靚紅酒，個個都話：「嘩！好順喉！好正！」 得你自己飲落去第一啖：「...搞錯呀？苦過廿四味嘅？」 然後你心諗，死啦，係咪得我唔識飲酒？係咪我品味有問題？

大佬，唔好自卑住！ 其實你可能係萬中無一嘅 「超級味覺者」(Supertaster)！這在科學上是堅有根據的。

【科學拆解：數下你有幾多個窿】 所謂「超級味覺者」，並唔係話你食嘢特別刁鑽，而係講緊你條脷上面嘅 「菌狀乳頭」(Fungiform Papillae) —— 即係嗰啲裝住味蕾嘅細細粒突起物 —— 數量比普通人多好多！

根據科學統計，大約有 25% 嘅人屬於 Supertaster。因為你嘅味蕾太密，所以你對 苦味 (Bitterness)、澀味 (Astringency) 同埋 酒精嘅灼熱感 都會特別敏感。

  • 普通人： 飲 Cabernet Sauvignon 覺得單寧 (Tannin) 係「架構感」，好有咬口。

  • 你 (Supertaster)： 飲同一支酒，你會覺得單寧係「砂紙省脷」，苦味會被放大 2 至 3 倍！

所以，如果你唔鍾意飲太重單寧嘅紅酒，或者覺得黑咖啡、西柚汁好難飲，恭喜你，你條脷可能係「天賦異稟」。
