[Chateau Potensac 2015]

Chateau Potensac is located in the Medoc region on the left bank of Bordeaux. It comprises 3 vineyards covering a total area of 53 hectares, with soil composed of familiar left bank gravel and red clay. The chateau's grape selection process is extremely stringent, with only 40%-45% of the grapes being used to make the grand vin, Chateau Potensac, each year. The rest, not meeting the high standards, are used to produce the second wine, La Chapelle de Potensac.

Chateau Potensac 2015 exudes aromas of small dark cherries, blackcurrant, and strawberry, all beautifully focused. The palate is medium-bodied with edgy tannins, a fresh style, and notes of citrus.

Grape Varieties: 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot & 17% Cabernet Franc
