The Premier Cru designation was only granted to certain areas of Monthélie in 2006, and our vineyard located in the small quarry called Champs Fulliot is one of them.This little-known wine can compete with Volnay wines in all respects, given their similar morphology and geological influences.Les Champs Fulliot offers very high-quality wines, and of course, it is the most enticing among these names.They are located on the eastern side of the village, next to a wall that completely encloses the plot, hence the name Clos Les Champs (Enclosed Fields) Fulliot.
