【Chateau Lespault Martillac Rouge 2017】
Chateau Lespault-Martillac, located in the Pessac-Léognan appellation, has a rich history dating back to Roman times and was officially established in the 18th century. It was acquired by Jean-Claude Bolleau in 2008, who partnered with Olivier Bernard of Domaine de Chevalier to unlock the estate's full potential.
The estate covers 9 hectares, with grapevines averaging 40 years old, practicing organic farming and advanced pest control techniques. Hand-harvested grapes undergo rigorous selection and fermentation, followed by aging in oak barrels. The resulting wine is elegant and silky.
Chateau Lespault Martillac Rouge 2017 is deep garnet in color, featuring black cherry, mulberry, earth, and cigar aromas, with hints of bay leaves and dried leaves. It is medium-bodied with a chewy texture, a decent fruit core, and a savory finish.
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
According to Hong Kong law, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
