[Chateau Lacroix Martillac 2018]
Chateau Latour Martillac, located in the Graves region of Bordeaux, France, is one of the only six Grand Cru Classe de Graves estates in the region that produce both red and white wines. Its name is derived from an ancient tower located in the courtyard of the estate.According to the different soil types, the vineyard of the winery is divided into two parts. The vineyard located on the high ground is rich in pebbles, with poor soil quality and excellent drainage; while the vineyard near the Garonne River is primarily composed of clay and limestone soil, covered with gravel on the surface, which is very beneficial for grape cultivation. The meticulousness of the vineyard pickers, combined with the efficiency of our talented cellar team and our technical expertise, helps maintain the health and ripeness of the grapes.
"When first opened, it is filled with the enchanting aroma of ripe black fruits, mingled with rich scents of berries and cocoa, with smooth tannins, a round mouthfeel, and easy drinkability."
Grape varieties: 55% Cabernet Sauvignon; 40% Merlot; 5% Petit Verdot
