[Chateau Haut Brion Blanc 2003]
Robert Parker rating: 97/100
Chateau Haut Brion is a winery with a legendary reputation: it is the only one of the 61 classified growths in Bordeaux not located in Medoc, and it is also the only top Bordeaux estate that produces both red and white wines. In addition, although it is the smallest estate among the five great Bordeaux châteaux, it gained fame the earliest. "Chateau Haut Brion Blanc 2003, although limited in quantity, is the Rolls-Royce among Graves dry white wines.
" The massive 2003 is super rich, with a full-bodied, silky texture, featuring a plethora of figs, honeydew, honeysuckle, and beeswax, along with extreme concentration and a lush finish. It is worth noting that the grapes for this special selection were harvested in mid-August."

52.6% Sémillon y 47.4% Sauvignon Blanc
