[Chateau Haut Brion 1998]
Robert Parker rating: 100/100
Chateau Haut Brion is a highly legendary winery: it is the only one of the 61 classified growths in Bordeaux not located in the Medoc, and it is also the only top Bordeaux winery that produces both red and white wines.Additionally, although it is the smallest estate among the five great Bordeaux châteaux, it gained fame the earliest.
"Deep color, with subtle aromas of truffle, meat, ripe berries, and tobacco."It turns into sweet crushed berries. The wine is full-bodied, with very polished tannins, and the berry and mineral flavors are lingering. The firm tannin structure still lies behind the fruit of the wine, tight and beautiful, as solid as a rock.It is a classic wine.It is the best since the 2011 vintage."
Grape varieties:
59% Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
