[G Acte 4 Guinaudeau Vignerons 2012]
Guinaudeau Vignerons, the owners of Pomerol's Chateau Lafleur, Sylvie and Jacques Guinaudeau, launched a new project called G Guinaudeau wines in 2009.The Bordeaux vineyard, planted with 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, is located in the Fronsac region, but these wines are classified as Bordeaux Supérieur. The winemaking process uses traditional cement tanks, followed by aging in 33% new French oak barrels for 15 months. On average, 1,000 cases of wine are produced each year. G Acte 4 is the fourth vintage wine from the Gignod estate.
This is a sleeping beauty of the vintage, a charming, subtle, medium-bodied Bordeaux wine, with complexity already hinting at itself, filled with mulberry and black cherry fruit flavors, sweet tannins, and a surprisingly long finish.
Grape variety:
51% Merlot y 49% Cabernet Franc
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
