Favia's philosophy is simple: to craft soulful wines that express the true essence of the vineyards they come from. These wines primarily use two grape varieties that thrive in Napa Valley: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

The wonderful aroma of blue fruits, black olives, and violets. Pencil throughout. Crushed stones too. A hint of mint and seaweed flavors. Full-bodied, with tannins spreading across the entire mouth. It starts with a bang, the tannins take you deep into the wine. The finish is endless. It lasts for several minutes. Velvety and polished texture. It will be better after 2026.
