[L&C Poitout Chablis Blanc 2023]

Crafted in the northern reaches of Burgundy, France, this Chablis comes from the boutique winery of Louis & Catherine Poitout. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Louis Poitout and Catherine Boyer, the estate focuses on small parcels of high-quality Chardonnay, with a winemaking philosophy that emphasizes purity, minerality, and terroir expression.
This wine showcases the classic Chablis profile. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white blossoms lead into a crisp, vibrant palate. The acidity is bright, the minerality pronounced, and the finish is clean and elegant. A perfect match for seafood or light appetizers.

[Blanc de Chasse Spleen 2019]

The origin of the special name "Chateau Chasse Spleen" (Forget Sorrow Castle) is widely believed to stem from the British poet Byron. When he visited the winery in 1821 and took a sip of the wine offered by the owner, he exclaimed, "Quel remede pour chasser le spleen."(This is truly a remedy to chase away the blues!),The term "Chasse-spleen" also comes from this.(Hong Kong also calls it Chasuble - directly translated from its French name) The winery began to flourish in the latter half of the 19th century, but unfortunately, it missed the 1855 classification. However, in fact, its price in the late 19th century was higher than many classified estates.The famous wine critic Robert Parker also once said: "This is an outstanding wine from the Moulis-en-Médoc region. If this wine had participated in the 1855 classification system, it would absolutely have been valued as a Third Growth."

Color: pale yellow, clear and bright. Initial citrus aromas: bergamot, grapefruit. After swirling, it releases mineral and watermelon notes. The attack is sharp and clear. The texture is nervy, with a rich fat content. Finally, it has a touch of cream biscuit.

[Hewitson Madame M Blanc & Blanc 2023]

Hewitson gets his inspiration from the Mediterranean coasts of Spain and Southern Italy with this distinctive and thoroughly gluggable blend of Muscat Blanc Petits Grains and Sauvignon Blanc. Light and fragrant with a cute mix of muscat and orange peel with a slightly edgy cut grass hint around the place before a dry and clean finish. A wine with character, which means you probably don’t have to wait until summer to be drinking it.

[Giovanni Rosso Etna Bianco 2021]

Color: Pale straw with green glints.Aroma: White blossoms, citrus, and a distinct volcanic saltiness.Palate: Crisp and mineral with layers of lemon zest and flint.Tannins: N/A (White wine structure is based on acidity and mineral).Acidity: High and electric.Finish: Clean, salty, and incredibly refreshing.Ideal with Fresh oysters, grilled octopus with lemon, or Mediterranean seafood salad.

[Jade Dove White 2021 ]

This wine is made from renowned grapes such as Muscat of Alexandria and Chardonnay. It has a fresh and pleasant acidity on the palate, a refreshing body, and rich floral and fruity aromas of jasmine and lime. Best enjoyed chilled in the summer.
