【Chateau Capbern 2013】
Chateau Capbern is located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of Bordeaux, France. Established in 1894 by Georges Gasqueton, it was originally named Capbern Gasqueton. The estate is renowned for its high-quality wines and unique terroir characteristics. The winemaking facilities were modernized starting in 2011, and in 2013, the wine's name was simplified to Chateau Capbern.
Flavor and Characteristics:
This wine presents a deep ruby color, almost opaque. The aroma is mature and rich, with notes of dark cherry and vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied, with a full and enhanced flavor of red fruits, complemented by hints of cedar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg spices. The wine has balanced alcohol, fresh acidity, and fine cedar tannins. The finish is long, with spices and beautiful balance.
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
