Hailing from the Terrasses du Larzac appellation in France’s Languedoc region, Clas Mani is the flagship red wine from Cassagne & Vitailles. The winery is dedicated to showcasing its distinctive terroir, selecting high-altitude vineyards and employing meticulous hand-harvesting and winemaking techniques to achieve a perfect balance of fruit expression and structure.

The wine is full-bodied and powerful, with striking layers of complexity. Aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, and strawberry unfold alongside elegant notes of licorice, spice, and violet. The tannins are smooth, with a long and slightly wild finish.
