Cassagne & Vitailles is a highly regarded boutique estate in the Languedoc, and their 'Combarels de Lumière' from the high-altitude Terrasses du Larzac is a spectacular expression of Southern French terroir. A Syrah-dominant blend, it pours a dark, inky purple and explodes with intense aromatics of blackberry preserve, cracked black pepper, licorice, roasted meat, and classic wild garrigue herbs.
