Domaine William Fèvre is one of the most prestigious estates in Chablis, and despite its relatively young age, it produces some of the finest Chardonnay in northern Burgundy. The estate's holdings cover a wide range of vineyards, including numerous premier and grand cru Chablis vineyards.

"Chablis Vaudesir, Domaine William Fevre 2019 has a more mature, slightly exotic aroma that remains elegant and charming, while still possessing the same outstanding Chablis characteristics." Pure, refined, and almost painfully intense medium-weight flavors are all for naught if they don't have the almost spicy mineral-driven finish shaped by the faintest hint of grapefruit acidity. This excellent, extremely dry, and well-defined effort should also age effortlessly, as it is a wine that needs it.
