Domaine de Baron'arques is an esteemed estate in Limoux owned by the Mouton Rothschild family. Their 2017 Chardonnay is a spectacular, opulent wine crafted in the style of a premium White Burgundy. It pours a rich gold and offers a highly sophisticated, complex bouquet of ripe peach, pineapple, melted butter, toasted almonds, and elegant vanilla oak. Medium to full-bodied, it is incredibly luscious, creamy, and rounded on the palate. Thanks to the cooler Limoux terroir, it maintains a vibrant line of acidity that ensures excellent balance and a long, persistent finish.
