Bouchard Pere & Fils was founded in 1731 and is one of the most famous wine merchants in Burgundy, owning numerous Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards and plots in the region.

For several centuries, Bouchard Pere & Fils has been dedicated to acquiring high-quality vineyards in Burgundy. To date, Bouchard Pere & Fils owns over 130 hectares of vineyards, with 12 hectares classified as Grand Cru and 71 hectares as Premier Cru.

"Berries and fresh, light to medium-bodied wine blend the flavors and acidity of fresh berries; medium-bodied, with medium tannins, it presents blackberry, red currant, raspberry, and a hint of herbal notes. The ripe flavors of cranberry, raspberry, and cherry are clearly discernible, and the crisp freshness makes it an ideal pairing for various dishes."
