Chateau Angelus is located in Saint-Emilion on the right bank of Bordeaux, which is also a cooler climate and the most complex soil region.Due to the prevalence of clay, the main grape variety grown here is Merlot, while the limestone areas formed by special gravel are the most prime regions of Saint-Émilion.The characteristics of its production area are early ripening, resulting in a full-bodied, smooth, and rich wine. Additionally, the high proportion of Cabernet Franc and the balanced combination of limestone and clay in the soil give the wine an elegant color and a pure, refreshing taste, which has even been praised as "having the strength to challenge the eight great Bordeaux estates!"
