[Tenuta Sant Antonio Manfro 2018]
Tenuta Sant’Antonio is a family business; the four brothers have always worked with their father in the family vineyard and decided to establish the winery in 1995.The company owns approximately 100 hectares of vineyards, with 70% located in the Valpolicella region, on the ridge of Monti Garbi, and the remaining 30% on Monte Ceriani in the Soave region.
Lovely aromatic expression, intense fragrance, and delicate notes of caramel, rose, floral scents, meatiness, chocolate, and orange.Juicy and sharp, it possesses such intensity and precision from the very beginning, giving each aspect a high note and a sharp edge on the palate, with rich flavors emerging shortly after the first taste. This is a robust, full-bodied wine with intense flavors, but a light texture, not as viscous as I imagined, yet so intricate, powerful, and persistent. This is an interesting wine with structure and support, skillfully blending sweet and salty elements with a sense of freshness.
Grape varieties:
70% Corvina and Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 5% Croatina, and 5% Oseleta
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
