[Chateau Senejac 2020]
James Suckling rating: 93/100
Château Sénéjac vineyard is located in a truly green environment with rich biodiversity, with over 41 hectares of vines planted on a total estate area of 150 hectares. The average age of the vines is 35 years, planted in Pyrenean gravel soils, which were deposited during the Quaternary period on the Pian-Medoc clay-gravel outcrops. These gravel soils provide effective soil drainage, helping to regulate the water stress experienced by the vines during periods of drought.
