Since 2014, the Siaurac estate has gradually introduced organic and biodynamic farming methods and received official certification in 2020.As of September 2020, the estate is owned by the Survenir Insurance Group.
"Siaurac has been making some lovely Lalande-de-Pomerol for a long time, and the 2015 is well worth seeking out." It has a sensuous fruitiness, with plenty of black cherry and blackcurrant fruit, but not too heavy. The palate has a medium body, with delicate tannins. There are several layers of new oak flavors to absorb, but there is enough fruitiness to take it in, ultimately leaving an enticing taste of truffles and white pepper, providing a good salinity.
Grape varieties:
80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc & 5% Malbec
