"It has good acidity and freshness, a medium body, and is elegant and balanced." Even at this early stage, it is incredibly elegant, subtle, and harmonious. It has floral aromas, orange peel notes, a hint of creamy sweet spices, and an excellent freshness. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, seamless, with a pure taste, spicy flavor, and soft texture. It is long, clean, clear, and super delicious. I think this wine gets better with each passing year."
Grape varieties:
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Malbec, 15% Carmenere, and 4% Petit Verdot.
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
