The Robert Faivre winery was established after World War II and is currently led by the young David, with assistance from his wife Jessica.The winery covers an area of approximately 4.5 hectares and produces less than 20,000 bottles of wine each year, with about 80% of the wine made from Pinot Meunier grapes.The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel containers to maintain freshness, which is a distinctive feature of David's wines.

The taste is concentrated and smooth, showcasing an excellent sense of freshness and silkiness. The aromas of fruit (vine peach, oil peach) and citrus fruits (lemon) elegantly extend, with a long finish.

Grape varieties: 18% Pinot Noir, 22% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier reserve wines, 13% Coteau Meunier
