"Chateau Rieussec 2007 has a Barsac-like fragrance, with the taste of barley sugar infused with ginger and honey. The palate is very pure and balanced, with wonderful acidity and a very spicy finish. Clearly, it does not have the longevity of the 2005 or 2009 vintages, but it unfolds quickly."
