【L&C Poitout Petit Chablis Blanc 2022】

Domaine L&C Poitout is the brainchild of Mr. Louis Poitout and Ms. Catherine. Both parents are engaged in vineyard and winemaking work in Chablis, Burgundy liquor region. They are closely related to the land. The connection with Chablis has long been deeply integrated into their blood. Growing up in the vineyard, he realized his dream of winemaking in Chablis in 2003 and jointly established L&C Poitout Winery, which is now one of the newly emerging winery brands in Chablis.

L&C Poitout winery covers an area of ​​18 hectares in the Chablis production area. It has unique plots, some of which are Grand Cru. The management of the vineyard is based on respecting the land and protecting the surrounding flora and fauna as much as possible. The grapes are cultivated in the most natural way to preserve the individual character of each plot. This winery also owns the rare original Chardonnay root that is hard to find. It is a small plot of original root variety that escaped the phylloxera ravages of grapes a hundred years ago.

L&C Poitout Petit Chablis Blanc 2022 is fermented and brewed in 100% stainless steel barrels. It is fresh and lively, with classic mineral characteristics. Flint meets floral, a familiar citrus note. Catherine and Louis Poitout kept the wine elegant and smooth.
