[Le Petit Caillou 2017]
Le Petit Caillou 2017 is a third wine produced by the Bordeaux second growth estate, Château Ducru-Beaucaillou. Known for its excellent value, it is one of the best wines in the Saint-Julien appellation, offering a typical and approachable style. Château Ducru-Beaucaillou's history dates back to the 13th century. In 1795, Bertrand Ducru purchased the estate, adding his name to it. Since 1941, the estate has been owned and managed by the Borie family. Le Petit Caillou is made from younger vines, providing high quality and good value.
The 2017 Le Petit Caillou has a deep garnet color, with aromas of crushed blackberries, cassis, and black soil, accented by hints of tar and dried herbs. It has a medium-bodied palate with firm and chewy tannins, a lively backbone, and a herbal lift to the finish.
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.
According to Hong Kong law, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
