[Passi Di Orma 2020]

Passi di Orma comes from the vineyards in Castagneto Carducci, Livorno, located in the heart of the Bolgheri DOC.

It is made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot grapes, fermented in steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C for 18 days, and macerated on the skins for 6 months. It is then aged in glass for an additional 6 months before reaching the market.

Its characteristics include a deep ruby red color with purple edges. The aroma is rich, featuring scents of ripe blackberries and blueberries, accompanied by hints of roasted coffee and licorice. The taste is smooth and balanced, with a good tannin texture.

Passi Di Orma 2020 has a deep gem-red color, with a delicate brightening at the edges.The spicy aroma of white pepper and dried rose petals, followed by subtle notes of leather and dark chocolate.The palate is delicate, with balanced fruit flavors, soft tannins, juicy, and a long finish.

Grape varieties: 40% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 25% Cabernet Franc
