Azienda Agricola Piandaccoli was born in 2005, stemming from Giampaolo Bruni's passion, with a very clear purpose: to revive the native vines of Tuscany.The 20-hectare vineyard is located outside the medieval village of Malmantile on the southwestern hills of Florence. The gentle hills, unique terroir, and microclimate contribute to the production of rich, authentic, and extremely elegant wines.

The initial aroma of Piandaccoli 'Cosmus' 2014 is rich in cherries, black pepper, and nutmeg, and it develops into delicate boisé flavors as it ages in our French oak barrels.The refined structure and soft tannins give this wine originality, with a very balanced perception of alcohol and a long-lasting aroma. - Wine Enthusiast
