Chateau Clerc Milon is a winery under the Chateau Mouton-Rothschild group.The French word "Pastourelle" refers to a traditional dance step, evoking the romantic encounter between a knight and a shepherdess: this name perfectly corresponds with the dancers on the label of the wine.Although Clerc Milon is a Fifth Growth, its wine prices have reached the level of a Second Growth.

Pastourelle de Clerc Milon 2021 is spicy, with aromas of tar and blackberries, along with some hints of black olives.Medium-bodied.The tannins are firm, and the finish is delightful.It's a bit hard now, but it should soften with age.
