Chateau Clerc Milon is a winery under the Chateau Mouton-Rothschild group.The French word "Pastourelle" refers to a traditional dance step, evoking the romantic encounter between a knight and a shepherdess: this name perfectly corresponds with the dancers on the label of the wine.Although Clerc Milon is a Fifth Growth, its wine prices have reached the level of a Second Growth.

This wine exudes mineral notes, tension, and a delicate grainy texture. On the palate, it offers fruity aromas, excellent balance, a fresh body, and a long finish, making it a delightful experience. It presents juicy raspberry, cherry, and a hint of blackberry flavors, accompanied by violet notes, with very subtle hints of nutmeg, caramel, and a faint mineral taste. The aftertaste is long-lasting. The tannins are elegant.

48% Cabernet Sauvignon. 42% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc
