Chateau Clerc Milon is a winery under the Chateau Mouton-Rothschild group.The French word "Pastourelle" refers to a traditional dance step, evoking the romantic encounter between a knight and a shepherdess: this name perfectly corresponds with the dancers on the label of the wine.Although Clerc Milon is a Fifth Growth, its wine prices have reached the level of a Second Growth.

The entry is clean and neat, with a taut mid-palate showcasing a mature body and an elegant, smooth texture. The clearly defined yet fully integrated tannins blend pleasantly with the flavors of dark chocolate and cigar box, bringing a chalky and slightly salty finish, accompanied by the taste of ripe fruits.
