Château Potensac is an outstanding, value-driven Cru Bourgeois in the Médoc, meticulously managed by the Delon family of Léoville Las Cases. The 2012 vintage, which favored a softer, more approachable profile, produced a wonderfully charming expression of the estate. Now beautifully mature, it reveals an engaging bouquet of ripe cassis, violets, sweet cigar box, and the family's signature graphite minerality. Medium to full-bodied and exceptionally smooth on the palate, the tannins have resolved into a velvety texture, supporting a core of sweet, accessible dark fruit and vibrant acidity.
