After being hand-harvested, the grapes are vinified and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new. Monbrison is an elegant Margaux. The nose is intense and delicate, reminiscent of brambleberry. The palate is full, smooth, and indulgent. It is a structured wine with lovely tannins that ensure it pairs well with red meat.
