Chateau Calon Segur is located in Saint-Estephe, Medoc, Bordeaux, France, and is classified as a third growth in the 1855 classification, adjacent to Chateau Montrose.This second label is managed and produced in the same way as the grand vin, using younger grapevines and aged in 30% new French oak barrels for about 17 months.

The deep purple-black Le Marquis de Calon Segur 2019 releases a fragrant bouquet of flowers, bushes, and Darjeeling tea from the glass, with a core of red currant jelly, plum preserves, and blackcurrant candies, along with a hint of crushed black pepper. The wine is full-bodied, with tannins as solid as a rock, and its freshness complements the crisp black fruits, leaving a long and delightful aftertaste.
