Chateau Marjosse has approximately 9 hectares of vineyards composed of limestone and clay.After purchasing the estate in 1990, Pierre Lurton, the owner of Chateau Cheval Blanc and Chateau d’Yquem, successfully created a winery with considerable competitiveness and recognition in the Bordeaux and red wine markets in just three years.
"Chateau Marjosse Rouge 2016 is aged in both new and old oak barrels, exuding a rich and fragrant aroma of chocolate, vanilla, violet, blackcurrant, blackberry, and roasted notes. The fruit flavors are pleasant, the tannins are smooth, and the finish is long-lasting."The finish is elegant and long-lasting, with a high level of balance.
