Masseto is located in the Tuscany region of Italy and was originally part of Tenuta dell’Ornellaia.Since its inception in 1987, Masseto has always been established under Tenuta dell’Ornellaia. Later, due to the distinct style of Masseto wines compared to the winemaking philosophy of Ornellaia, it was separated from Ornellaia and an independently operated winery was established.

The 2013 vintage wine has a solid and rich texture, with a crystal-clear aroma. Due to an additional 12 months of bottle aging, this impression remains consistent and specific. The focus is right there, but this wine has also become more substantial, giving it a softer definition, especially in terms of mouthfeel. It proudly carries on its lineage, but most importantly, it offers balance and integration.
