Château Larrivet Haut-Brion is an estate in Pessac-Leognan, covering 72 hectares, acquired by the Gervoson family in 1987, dedicated to producing red and white wines. 40%.Unlike most estates, here, all plots are treated the same way:Red wine is aged in French oak barrels (50% new oak barrels) for 16-18 months, while white wine (60% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc) is aged in 100% new oak barrels for 12 months.
The 2016 vintage of Larivière Haut-Brion wine exhibits a medium to deep garnet red color, exuding an enchanting earthy/truffle aroma, with hints of crushed stones, tilled soil, fungi, and mossy bark, centered around warm notes of blackcurrant and blackberry jam.
