Chateau La Conseillante, located in the Pomerol region on the right bank of Bordeaux, was built in the 18th century and is adjacent to Chateau Cheval Blanc and Vieux Chateau Certan. The estate also has some vineyards located within Saint-Emilion. The estate covers an area of 13 hectares, with soil primarily composed of clay and limestone.Chateau La Conseillante's red wine generally exhibits a luxurious deep ruby color, exuding aromas of violet, licorice, truffle, and red berries, with rich layers and a balanced, elegant style.Among the many wineries in the Pomerol region, Chateau La Conseillante's red wine may not be the most powerful, nor the most mature, but it is certainly one of the most balanced wines in Pomerol.
"The aromas of coffee, chocolate, violet, and berries are constantly intertwined with the firm core of ripe fruit, with delicate tannins and a long, delicious finish"
