Jade Dove Single Vineyard Pinot Noir selects old vine vineyards with 27 years of vine age. Its color resembles cherries, and its taste is delicate and tight-knit, with each aromatic sip being extremely precious.

This wine is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes from the estate vineyards of the Seagull Winery, aged in oak barrels for 12 months. It has a full and juicy mouthfeel, with the aromas of fresh berries, cherries, and raspberries intertwined with elegant rose petals.

The tannins are smooth and delicate, the acidity is refined and bright, and the finish is long and lingering.
