Château Haut-Bailly is a historic wine estate located in Pessac-Léognan on the Left Bank of the Gironde. In 1959, the estate was granted Grand Cru Classé status. Its wines have always been highly regarded and frequently receive positive reviews. After entering the year 2000, the quality of Haut-Bailly had already reached a commendable level, as most of the equipment was replaced with more modern and precise winemaking tools. In 2004, it leaped to the top level in the Graves region, not only receiving a Parker score of 95 points for two consecutive years in 2005 and 2006, but also achieving a Parker score of 96 points in 2008, the same as the five major wineries in the same village, Haut-Brion. This was the highest score in the entire Pessac-Léognan, once again placing it at the pinnacle of elite wineries in Pessac-Léognan.
"The ruby-colored 2011 Haut-Bailly showcases a set of gorgeous, subtle, and noble aromas, including red currants and black currants, sweet cherries, graphite, truffles, and faint wood spice notes."This wine touches the palate with profound elegance and purity, which has become a hallmark of Wilmers and Sanders.
