Dr. Bill was inspired to capture the multi-sensory experience of Tokyo and, for the first time, tried the rare Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. He combined Glenmorangie whisky aged in Mizunara oak barrels with whisky aged in sherry and bourbon barrels to create a unique whisky.The limited edition perfectly balances the Glenmorangie brand style.

This whiskey blends the flavors of pepper, bitter cherries, mouthwatering orange peel, incense, and sweet oak—crafted from a combination of water oak, bourbon whiskey, and sherry casks, it offers unique and complex flavor characteristics.

Aroma: A rich herbal scent with a hint of toffee, contrasting sharply with the fragrances of incense and saddle soap, followed by resinous notes and a faint cedarwood aroma.

Taste: The spicy notes bring rich flavors of orange and bitter cherry, along with fennel and chewy oak.

Finish: A long and smooth nutty flavor, with hints of almond, citrus, white pepper, and more resinous wood notes.
