[Glenkinchie 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky with box]

Glenmorangie whisky is not often bottled as a single malt. After numerous experiments, the distillers agreed that the new 12-year-old expression better showcases the enchanting sweetness with a grassy note in the new make spirit. The previous 10-year-old expressions have won numerous awards at the annual International Spirits and Wine Competition.

The Distillers Edition also won the Best Single Malt Whisky Under 15 Years Old award at the competition in 2006.Other awards include the World Whisky Awards 2016: Best Scottish Whisky, Lowland Single Malt Whisky 2016, and Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Color: Bright Gold

Aroma: Overall, it is filled with an enchanting and rich floral scent, reminiscent of being in a country garden. There are prominent notes of vanilla, cut flowers, and clean baking tones, gradually transitioning to a sweet and creamy flavor, with a hint of fragrant aroma and a fresh lemony acidity, evoking thoughts of lemon cheesecake. When diluted with water, a distinct and rich aroma emerges.

Mouthfeel: It starts with a soft sweetness, reminiscent of English cream, and then quickly transitions to floral notes. When diluted with water, it particularly exhibits a very smooth sensation, with a refreshingly clean finish, followed by concentrated flavors of creamy toffee, lemon cheesecake, and violet.

Finish: Vanilla, slightly turning dry, like the scent of dried flowers.
