In its 100-hectare vineyard, there are 635 different species of insects, while a typical vineyard has fewer than 200 species. Additionally, it plants 3.7 miles of hedgerows to help protect insects, using 100% natural environmental practices, and grows different varieties, including over 135 types of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. It can maintain the diversity of grape varieties.Chateau Guiraud is also one of the first wineries to obtain organic certification from the French Ecological Agriculture Development Agency.

Château Guiraud's G is a dry white wine from the Bordeaux region. Its wine exhibits a rich expression and a confident personality. It is made from mature grapes. Its high-quality Sauvignon Blanc solidifies the wine's stylistic property. G represents the front door of the Gallo Winery brand.It smells of floral notes, honeycomb, and lanolin, with a slightly sweet and light finish. Fresh and delicate with refined wildflower and citrus aromas. The taste is spicy, with fresh lemon flavors, rich in texture, and ends with a long-lasting finish.
