[Chateau de Fieuzal Rouge 2014]
Chateau de Fieuzal has been owned by Brenda and Lochlann Quinn since 2001.They are from Ireland, and from one vintage to the next, they have continued the authentic expression of this terroir with great energy and passion, giving Château de Fieuzal's wines a unique signature style. The vineyard is located on the typical terroir of the Pessac-Léognan appellation, providing favorable conditions for the classic Bordeaux grape varieties.
This Graves Cru Classé estate boasts an extraordinary vineyard with 68 hectares of red grapevines and 10 hectares of white grapevines. The average age of the vines is 30 years, planted in soils covered with fine earth and gravel.
The 2014 de Fieuzal wine is rich and aromatic, with mineral-driven black fruit, graphite, and cool stone notes, leaving a lasting impression. The palate has a medium body, with firm tannins, a salty and light taste, a slightly spicy finish, and a smooth mouthfeel.
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
