Chateau de Fonbel is a winery under Ausone, and Ausone owner Alain Vauthier has taken over. The vineyard management practices have already adopted the Chateau Ausone system.But in terms of price, it is much more affordable, so experts in the wine industry jokingly refer to it as the "Chateau Ausone for the masses."

The nose is vibrant and expressive, brimming with cranberry, blackcurrant, and luscious raisined fruit. On the palate, it unveils layers of velvety plum, lifted by a refreshing brightness and finely balanced tannins. The finish is long and intricate, echoing with subtle hints of herbs and warming spices.
