Domaine Eric de Suremain was founded in 1746 by Jeanne Brunet and Francois Brunet. His son Robert founded the Chateau de Monthelie, which he continues to this day. Domaine Eric de Suremain's vineyards are located in the Monthelie and Rully areas, covering a total area of 10.75 hectares. The vineyard is grown using biodynamic methods, and grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are mainly planted in the vineyard.
