Dalwhinnie Distillery was established in 1897 and named after the village of the same name. Due to its geographical location, the distillery was once an ideal origin for black burn whisky and has now become a popular starting point for connoisseurs worldwide. Dalwhinnie is also part of the widely popular and globally renowned classic Scotch malt whisky series.
Aroma: Fragrant, toffee, fruit salad, lush nectarines, cream. Floral notes, apple blossom, honeysuckle. Apple peel, pear, faint smokiness. Taste: Malty. Walnuts soaked in manuka honey and vanilla sponge. A light smokiness with a hint of spice runs through the malt. Finish: Long, malty, walnut, almond.
