【Aurore de Dauzac 2017】

Chateau Dauzac, classified as a fifth growth in the 1855 Bordeaux Classification, has recently gained recognition. This change is mainly due to the innovative winemaking techniques introduced by estate manager Laurent Fortin and winemaking director Philippe Roux, such as the use of transparent oak barrels for better fermentation monitoring. Additionally, the estate is gradually adopting biodynamic farming, installing beehives, and promoting biodiversity. These measures have significantly improved the wine quality, gaining praise from experts and the market.

Aurore de Dauzac 2017 is a smooth wine with bright acidity and blackcurrant fruit aromas, complemented by a core of spice and tannins. It matures quickly.
