[Domaine de Baron'Arques 2011]
Located in the Limoux region of the Languedoc area in France, Domaine de Baron‘Aqrues is a rather old estate and one of the main estates in Limoux.Domaine de Baron‘Aqrues, originally named Domaine de Lambert, has a history that dates back to the 17th century.Baroness Philippine de Rothschild and her two sons purchased the estate in 1998, reorganized the vineyards, and renovated the winemaking facilities.
The grape varieties planted in the estate come from Bordeaux and the Rhône Valley. The wine is generally rich, with a deep pomegranate red color. The aroma is concentrated and accompanied by intense scents of blackcurrant, tobacco, and spices. The taste is fresh and clear, combining black fruits with a round and delicate texture. Can be stored for about 15 to 20 years.
"The lively and pleasant wine has a pomegranate-red hue at the edges."The aroma, a blend of red fruit and the fragrance of roses, is released along with the subtle scents of almond cookies and golden tobacco. The entry is soft and smooth, the mid-palate is refreshingly charming, and the tannins are elegant and delicate, showcasing a rich and full-bodied sensation.Roasted, chocolate, vanilla, cedar wood, and fruit aromas blend together, with a long finish.

48% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Syrah, 10% Malbec
